7FigNIGContractor Bookkeeping

Pricing

Fixed fee where records are steady, hourly where records are unknown.

The price is not hidden behind a discovery call. Monthly bookkeeping is fixed when records arrive in the agreed standard. Catch-up work is hourly because the first job is finding out what can be relied on.

Payment Terms

How Fees Are Paid

  • Monthly clients pay by direct debit on the 1st of each month.
  • The minimum engagement for monthly bookkeeping is 3 months.
  • One-off clean-up work requires a 40% deposit before review begins.
  • Work can pause when bank feeds, identity checks, signed engagement terms or core records are missing.
  • Records supplied late may move the close date beyond the 10th working day.

What Changes The Price

Extra Work Is Charged When The Record Pattern Changes

Transaction Volume

More accounts, higher transaction volume or frequent transfers through personal cards can move a client out of the standard plan.

Missing Receipts

Repeated missing evidence creates query work and may become catch-up time rather than normal monthly bookkeeping.

Urgent Deadlines

Rescue jobs are not accepted where an HMRC, Companies House or lender deadline is less than 7 calendar days away.
