7FigNIG Contractor Bookkeeping is based in Watford, Hertfordshire. In-person meetings are available within 12 miles of Watford Junction. All bookkeeping work is delivered remotely for clients elsewhere in the UK.
Before You Email
Include These Six Points
- Your trading status: sole trader or limited company.
- Your trade or contract type, such as construction, IT, project management, design, inspection or surveying.
- The software used now: Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks Online, spreadsheet or another system.
- Your VAT position, CIS position and whether any return deadline is already in sight.
- How many months need bookkeeping, catch-up or review.
- Whether bank feed access, receipts, mileage logs and CIS statements are ready.

- Statutory audit, insolvency work or regulated financial advice.
- Payroll bureau work for teams larger than five employees.
- Aggressive tax planning, loan schemes, disguised remuneration or backdated dividend paperwork.
- Rescue jobs where an HMRC, Companies House or lender deadline is less than 7 calendar days away.
- Cash-heavy retail, restaurants, pubs, high-stock businesses, crypto trading ledgers or gambling accounts.
- Clients unwilling to provide bank-feed access.
